At The Therapy Quarters we’ve worked hard to create a welcoming therapeutic space for our own clients whilst offering other mental heath professionals a place to operate their own clinics from.

‘The Therapy Quarters’ is based in a private courtyard, located in an Italian styled Militia Barracks which were built in red brick in 1855 for use by local King’s own Staffordshire Militia and the fire brigade. Historically the Barracks was also used by the Territorial Army and the Police Force. In 1925 the Trustees decide to use the buildings for the use of the population. Our building underwent extensive renovation in 2020 bringing the space back to life and offering cosy, welcoming and calm therapy rooms. Each room has been carefully crafted to offer comfort and confidentiality whilst you explore your experiences with our therapists.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic we have updated our procedures to ensure we are a COVID-secure environment for the safety of our clients and therapists. Please see our COVID-19 update for more information.
We have an accessible room on the ground floor and three additional rooms upstairs along with bathroom facilities and complementary drinks.
Room Hire Rates
Therapist looking to hire a room for your practice?
You can be assured that you will be safe and comfortable at The Therapy Quarters. We offer competitive room rates and a warm, professional welcome if you decide to hire our rooms for your practice.
We provide a secure enviroment for those who are immunosuppressed or immunocompromised. Our rooms are deep cleaned regularly to ensure the safety of our clients and therapists.
We have disabled access via a ramp on the ground floor leading into our light and inviting downstairs therapy space. Also available on the ground floor is our kitchenette area for rest breaks and access to complimentary drinks both for you and your clients as well as accessible toilet facilities. With three further welcoming rooms on the first floor.
We have four available rooms with the payment options and room hire fees detailed below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via the “contact us” tab above. Rooms are available for hire from 08:00 – 21:00, Monday to Sunday unless otherwise stated.

We aim to be flexible dependant on availability. Hours can also be swapped should this be required when rooms are free. Please speak to Steve Harrison.
Payment terms: Practitioners using rooms are invoiced at the end of the month and are asked to pay within 7 days of reciept of their invoice. This can be paid by BACS or standing order.
